Being of Scandinavian descent our Alicia is very fond of a Heidi-esque get up. However, as dresses of this ilk go, this isn’t at all bad. Firstly, excellent work on the shoes, I will give you the respect you deserve for being one of the few red-carpeters out there to actually know how to select a decent shoe. I like the sequin on this under dress as it adds a dressy dimension to the look, but styled this way it still doesn’t seem film festival worthy to me. A decent hair-do and a red lip could have made this pop. To be fair, ANY make up would have been better than none. It’s like she’s saying she’s so good looking she doesn’t need a bit of make up. Well Alicia, you’re WRONG. You do. Arm candy, even in the form of the Fassbender, won’t disguise your general lack of effort.
I don’t hate the dress, but I don’t love it either. I do know that I don’t like her hair. At. All.
She’s really really pretty in a girly child way – and looks great in movies – but I rarely ever like her look on the red carpet.
